Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association. 

All of our team members receive:

Fully Paid On-Site Training
Our comprehensive, 40-50hr. Swim Instructor Training Program is provided on-site and is paid at minimum wage. Training for Customer Support Positions is also provided on-site and is paid, but the time to train varies by role!
Guaranteed Hours, Year-Round
Our class schedule doesn't change. All of our team members know exactly how many hours they will work and much money they will make each week. Every shift is a set length that never changes seasonally.
Work as few or as many hours as you want!
We have team members who work 1 or 2 shifts per week, and we have team members who work 30-40 hours per week. Free Year-Round Pool Membership!
Each member of our team is free to utilize any of our pools any time that we are open! Some of our team members come to swim laps on their day off, and others bring their kids by on the weekend to play in the pool!
